How It Works

How do packages work?

You pay once, and your sessions are held on your account ready to book in whenever suits you, across the package's validity period. It's a simple way to commit to your course of care — and to save a little along the way.

How long do I have to use my sessions?

Each package shows its validity above — most run from a few months up to a year. If life gets in the way, just talk to us and we'll always do our best to help you use them.

How do memberships work — and can I cancel?

Memberships are billed monthly and give you a set number of sessions each month at your best rate. You can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and after six months you'll receive a complimentary treatment as a thank you.

Which package is right for me?

If you're new, the 3-Session Starter is a gentle first step. For ongoing concerns, the 6-Session Course or a membership works best. For fertility or pregnancy, your dedicated programme is the place to begin — and we'll always help you choose together at your first visit.

Can I buy a package or voucher as a gift?

Absolutely. Gift vouchers can be bought online and used toward any treatment or package — the Reset & Recover experience makes a particularly lovely gift.
