It depends on what you are working with. Because acupuncture works cumulatively, most people are recommended a short course rather than a single session. For fertility we often work in line with the roughly 90-day window that eggs and sperm take to mature, which is why the packages run over three to four months. You will always leave your first visit with a clear plan.

Yes. Packages can be paid in full at £999, or split into four payments of £249.75 so the cost is easier to plan around. For IVF preparation with a shorter runway, you can also choose £249.75 a month for a block of four sessions.

The value is not only the lower price per session, though packages do cost less. It is the consistency of a proper course of care, which is where lasting change comes from, priority booking so your appointments are always secured around your schedule, and a shared commitment to the outcome you are working towards. As one example, our sixteen-session fertility package is £999 rather than £1,200 paid session by session, and also includes support between visits such as tracking, lifestyle and supplement guidance.

Fertility acupuncture is a specialist service, not a standard session with a higher price on it. It draws on additional reproductive training, a much deeper consultation covering your cycle, hormones and any IVF or medical treatment, and sessions timed carefully to your cycle and key fertility milestones. You also get our wider fertility toolbox between visits, from cycle tracking to nutrition and emotional support. The needles may be the same. The training, the planning and the responsibility behind them are not.

Not at all. Every package begins with a consultation so we understand your full picture first. If a package is not the right fit for you, we will tell you. You are always welcome to pay as you go.

We ask for full payment upfront to secure your appointment time. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged in full, because that time was held just for you and cannot be offered to someone else at short notice.

Appointments and package sessions are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person. Your treatment plan is built around your health and history, so it would not be safe or appropriate for someone else to use it. If you would like to treat someone, a gift voucher is the perfect way to do that.

Packages are paid for in full upfront. We accept cash, card or bank transfer. Some packages, such as the fertility programme, can also be split into monthly instalments to make the cost easier to plan around.

Some clients are able to claim the cost back through private health insurance or a healthcare cash plan. You would pay for your treatment as usual and then claim it back yourself. We are not able to bill or deal with insurers directly, so please check what your policy covers before booking.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or package and can be bought online at any time. A lovely way to give someone the gift of calm.
