Why people from across Teesside and the North East choose my clinic
Many of the people I support travel from across Teesside and the wider North East, often alongside care they’re receiving from local and regional fertility clinics. They’re looking for support that feels steady, informed, and emotionally supportive during a complex chapter of life.
I’m a senior fertility acupuncturist, and fertility support has been the focus of my work for over eight years. Since opening my full-time clinic, the majority of my caseload has been dedicated to people preparing for IVF, moving through treatment cycles, or finding their feet after loss.
My training includes advanced fertility acupuncture and postgraduate study in gynaecology, IVF support, and male fertility. I’m professionally registered with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). My work is designed to sit alongside your medical care, not replace it.
What’s different about the way I work
• Nervous system first
Sessions are designed to help your body move out of constant “high alert” and into a calmer, steadier state.
• Timed to your cycle and treatment
Support is adapted to where you are in your cycle or treatment phase, including IVF, ICSI, and frozen embryo transfer.
• Support for both partners
Where helpful, I work with both partners, recognising fertility as a shared journey.
• Grounded, integrative care
Everything I offer is intended to complement your clinic’s protocol, respecting the care you’re already receiving.
