This is often done using acupuncture needles, but there are also non-needle alternatives available for people who are scared of needles.

It involves stimulating specific points on the ear using auricular needles, or 
semi-permanent ASP needles. These needles are very fine and can be left in the ear for up to a week, providing extended pain relief. They are made of gold or silver.
semi-permanent ASP needles is particularly effective in treating chronic pain conditions such as back pain, neck pain, and arthritis. 

Nada Acupuncture

NADA acupuncture is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, which holds that the body has a natural energy flow, or Qi, that can be balanced and harmonised through the use of acupuncture. vitamin b12 is a nutrient that helps to keep your nerves and blood cells healthy. our bodies don’t make vitamin b12, it is obtained from foods such as meat, fish, milk and eggs. you may have a deficiency if you are vegan, don’t eat enough b12 rich food, or if you have other health conditions which mean you are unable to absorb it properly, such as pernicious anaemia.

hi, i'm deanna thomas, i am fully qualified and accredited acupuncturist (bsc hons) , reflexologist (vtct), aromatherapist, meditation instructor and reiki master teacher. i am also a member of the British acupuncture council and the federation of holistic therapists.

my clinic is located in Acklam, Middlesbrough. my holistic health and wellness journey began nearly 20 years ago when i embarked on a reiki training course and enrolled in a local college course to train as a clinical reflexologist. practising reflexology inspired me to study and train as an acupuncturist at the prestigious northern college of acupuncture in york.
